Training and Event Descriptions

NASCAR

Rehab 23 proudly provided support to first responders working the NASCAR event at the Nashville Superspeedway by preparing and serving three meals a day for three consecutive days.
The hardworking teams were treated to a variety of delicious meals, including breakfast burritos, chicken breast sandwiches, deli turkey sandwiches, chicken salad on crescent rolls, and taco salads.
The meals were served to first responders from the Wilson County Sheriff's Office, Wilson County Emergency Management Agency, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and Rutherford County Sheriff's Office.

SMART Training

Rehab 23 was honored to provide refreshments during the Special Multi-Agency Response Training (S.M.A.R.T.) to enhance emergency preparedness.
This training involves various agencies like law enforcement, fire services, EMS, and state/federal entities.
The focus is on a unified approach to crisis situations, including reunification, rescue task force operations, and victim advocacy. These exercises often take place during school breaks to maximize resources and facilities.

STAR Mock Disaster Drill

Rehab 23 was honored to provide refreshments during the STAR Mock Disaster Drill, a simulated train derailment exercise designed to enhance emergency response preparedness.
Many local and regional agencies participated in the drill, working together to test coordination, communication, and disaster response protocols in a realistic training environment.

Pancake Breakfast

Rehab 23 was honored to host a Pancake Breakfast for the dedicated teams of Mt. Juliet Public Works and the Firefighter Administration. Approximately 100 meals were served.
